Why We Are Here

Seattle Fired is a grassroots nonprofit organization founded by dedicated men and women and former Seattle Fire Department employees who experienced unjust termination, coerced resignation, or forced retirement due to discriminatory application of COVID-19 vaccine mandates. We stand together to defend medical and religious freedom, protect individual rights, and advocate for constitutional justice and fair treatment in the workplace.

Our group was formed in direct response to actions taken by city officials, who denied reasonable accommodations without genuine interactive dialogue, ignored established science regarding vaccine efficacy and natural immunity, and imposed undue hardships on employees based solely on speculative risks. Our goal is to restore justice, dignity, and employment rights for all affected individuals through legal advocacy, public awareness, and support for those facing discrimination based on personal medical decisions or sincerely held religious beliefs.

Committed to transparency, fairness, and constitutional freedoms, Seattle Fired seeks to uphold individual autonomy, promote informed dialogue, and ensure that workplace policies respect the fundamental rights of all employees
